With Managed Services, we constantly monitor your hardware for any potential problems. We monitor your Hard Drives for errors as well as capacity so that you won't unexpectedly run out of disk space. Backup status is always monitored so that if your backup fails, we know right away.

Inventory
We keep track of your Macs important information like Serial Numbers, License Experations, RAM, OS Versions and Warranty Status.
Backup
With your Managed Services package, you will also have unlimited off-site backup. We always monitor your on-site backup, but in the event of catastrophic failure, we will be able to restore your data from our remote servers.
System Performance
Keeping a computer running at it’s peak performance is easy with PomumPro. We’ll alert you to productivity-robbing issues such as failing laptop batteries, kernel panics, faulty RAM, unscheduled reboots, and even failed power-on self-tests (POST) which usually go unnoticed.
